What have you given back to God? What will you give God next year? I'm not talking about works to earn Salvation(it cannot be earned, it's only through repentance and God's grace)I'm talking about works that are a result of your Salvation! One area that we are commanded to work unto the LORD in is "Soul Winning." Mark 16:15 is very clear but there are more ways too--EXPLOITS!!! Lets look at Daniel 11:32-33 (King James Version)
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
So maybe you are saying what is an exploit well here you go: Exploit- exciting act: an interesting or daring action or achievement THIS is what God expects from us as Ambassadors!
Jesus said it this way in
John 14:12 (King James Version)
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
As we prepare for 2011 ask God for some interesting, exciting, and daring exploits to do in His name and for the advancing of the Kingdom! Let's prepare for them NOW through prayer, fasting, and getting into the WORD daily and more than once a day!!! The more we get to know Him the more confident and strong we become. It's time to spend what God has been depositing in us since day one, it's time to not just talk about what Jesus did but DO what Jesus did. THAT'S KINGDOM right there!!! He has already given us His all so let's continue to do the same and do it BIG and do it GREATER than we have ever thought or imagined possible!!!!
