The God of Abundance

Isaiah 55:6,

“Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”

God WILL abundantly pardon...that is the Good News.

Lost and Found

Luke 19:10


For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

I love this verse and this picture. It gives us a clear understanding as to why Jesus came...to seek and to save us. This picture shows an image of Christ risking His life for that little sheep, that little sheep who is about to be devoured by that huge bird!! Isn't that just like Jesus?! He is about people. He did not give His life blood for things---NO! He gave His blood for people. Our things didn't put Jesus on the cross, His love for US did. Be encouraged today to let God use you to go after the lost. They are important to Him, and they should be important to us too (-:

John 12:32

We live in a world of celebrities. While they may be the most talented actor, singer, dancer etc...yet all they can do is entertain and inspire us. Jesus however, is the only One who can save us. Jesus was already "lifted up" on the cross and He left us the responsibility to lift Him up with our lives and conversations. May I encourage you this week to lift Him up, lift Him up, lift Him up!!! Love,Keeps His Promises

Jeremiah 29:13

And you shall seek Me, and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart.

This is our memory verse as we head out of February and isn't it fitting that we end the month of love with this?! God so LOVED us that He gave us His Son, and He only requires that we seek Him with our whole heart. Encourage somebody today to serve God through Jesus Christ wholeheartedly. He will make Himself known to those that do just that. (-:
