Jesus Loves and Calls the Little Children (-:

There are many great milestones in life. The day our children say their first word...preferably MaMa!LOL!! The day they learn to walk and their first day of school. For me all those days were wonderful but when my kids accepted Christ and was baptized in the Holy Spirit was the beginning of an adventure with God that we shall never forget. He showed Himself to our children in many wonderful ways, and we watched as He used my children to tell others about Christ and lead others to Christ.

Just last week we had a graduation party for our daughter. We had stars hanging from the ceiling, balloons and streamers, food, music and pictures of her on the big screen that scrolled through her first days on the earth til now. One by one speakers came forth and spoke words of life and encouragement to Marvalous. After the party I gave my testimony and shared the Gospel of Christ. Afterward God began to move, and we watched our now 18yr begin to minister to one of her friends, it made our soul LEAP!!!

Then in the following week as we watched the Laker game, my son came and shared with me how he lead another person to the LORD. I had seen and heard him reading the Bible to this friend on the phone earlier, and I left him to be about his Father's business. I rejoiced with my son as we both realized

My children have won many awards in their short little lives and accomplished many things that will help them be successful citizens of these United States of America and we are proud of their hard work. In the grand scheme of things though their greatest works to me have been those works that that have touched the hearts of men for all of eternity. Watching our kids yield to God's call on their lives and watching Him work through them, continue to be a joy like no other.

Teach your kids to be "Fishers of Men" and then step back and watch God. He doesn't call the qualified...He qualifies the Called. (-:

Evangelism Memory Verse Acts 26:18

Acts 26:18 King James

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Me.

Acts 26:18 (New Living Translation)

To open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in Me.

Acts 26:18 (Amplified Bible)

To open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may thus receive forgiveness and release from their sins and a place and portion among those who are consecrated and purified by faith in Me.

Forgiven for Loves Sake

Greetings Saints of the Most High God. Glory to Him that has Saved us from eternal damnation and has seated us in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus! That's why I love God so much!!! He is perfect in all His ways and He is long-suffering. He doesn't want any to perish, and I'm so thankful how about you?!

As I read Isaiah 43:25 today I couldn't help but think about how our culture has an "entitlement attitude." People tend to think sometimes that by getting Saved they are getting what they deserve because they followed a set of rules from birth or they are just so good and kind. Or they think that they are doing God a favor by joining His crew because in their mind they are all that. Ummmmmm NO!
In this passage of Isaiah God Himself makes it known why He forgives. Look what He says,
"I even I-am He that blots out your transgressions for MINE own sake and will not remember thy sins.
God has put this whole game plan together not for us, but for Him.

We could go into a guessing frenzy as to why He would forgive and erase our mistakes, and create one of the most amazing miracles never ever to be duplicated by man..Salvation. As for me I will just say what The Bible records that God sooo loved us. John 3:16
Love will cause you to put up with a person because you value them and you want better for them. God is sovereign and nobody knows how much time any person has on this earth so as a Believer, A Disciple of Christ, an Ambassador tell the world that God forgives because He wants to, because He loves them, and He would prefer blessing them with the benefits of abundant life and eternal Salvation over a desolate life and eternal condemnation later.

You are a Disciple Maker (-:

Greetings dear Ambassadors and all those that have been grafted into the Kingdom!!! I thank God today for making Salvation available for Jew and Gentile alike.

Do you ever just sit and wonder why God cares so much about humanity? Even before Jesus died on the cross God had been telling the children of Israel to repent. God didn't tell them one way or through one person. He told them over and over and over again. He used different people to warn the Israelites too and when they refused His generous offer of forgiveness God used other countries to punish them for their sin and rebellion. BUT every time they cried out in repentance He forgave them and helped them...even when He knew they were going to reject and sin against Him again. Truly Israel had a cycle of sin that we would all do well to look into and avoid, as Paul said these things were written for our example lest we fall I Corinthians 10:5-12
Did you know that after we lead that precious soul to Christ we are then to disciple them? We are to lovingly and consistently teach them the ways of the King and the Kingdom. Our Pastor recommended my husband and I for such a program at church recently. New converts go through a 7 week course of getting really rooted and grounded in the Scripture. In this program we get assigned a new convert and we meet with them once a week. We walk them through a specific Biblical curriculum to help them understand that they are truly "new creatures" and introduce hem further to the realities and requirements of their new citizenship in Christ.
Some of you have neighbors, relatives, and co workers that you've lead to the LORD, encourage them to get involved with your church. The quicker they get introduced and involved in a discipleship program the less chance there will be that the enemy will be able to seduce and deceive them.

Be prepared, Be yourself, Be obedient and Be joyful

Friday's Evangelism Memory Verse

Happy Friday Ambassadors! How did you do with last weeks verse? I hope you had fun and I bet you did a great job memorizing it!! Here is this weeks verse. GO TEAM!!!

Hebrews 9:28 (King James Version)

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Hebrews 9:28 (Amplified Bible)

Even so it is that Christ, having been offered to take upon Himself and bear as a burden the sins of many once and once for all, will appear a second time, not to carry any burden of sin nor to deal with sin, but to bring to full salvation those who are [eagerly, constantly, and patiently] waiting for and expecting Him.

Hebrews 9:28 (New King James Version)

so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

A Christian With Flavor!

Greetings one and all in the precious name of our LORD Jesus Christ! Another week is upon us and it's going to be a great week to help gather up the harvest!!

Today we are going to look at salt. Sea Salt in particular.According to Dr. F. Batmanghelidj MD this particular salt has many important health benefits lets look at a few. Salt can be very effective in stabilizing irregular heartbeats, is a strong anti stress element for the body, is vital for extracting excess acidity from inside the cells, particularly the brain cells, and is vital for the kidneys to clear excess acidity and pass the acidity to the urine. We are 75% water and the water found in our cells, tissues etc... is similar to the saltwater found in the ocean. As noted above salt is an important component that our bodies need and there's more! Salt is used as a preservative and it also produces something ...thirst. Eat enough potato chips and peanuts and it won't be long before you will want something to drink. Another thing salt does is it gives flavor! No culinary masterpiece can be considered dull once some salt has been added. I found out also that in ancient times salt was extremely valuable, the Romans would sometimes be paid in salt!

It's no wonder why Jesus likened believers to salt in Matthew 5:13
“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
If we are loving God, living hard for Him, and taking up our cross daily then the people around us are going to get thirsty. As they see us joyful and even tearful, yet triumphant under some hard circumstances they will get thirsty. As they witness our love, devotion, liberty, and fearlessness that marks our lives in God they are going to get thirsty. As they see our character, integrity, and excellent work ethics they will get thirsty! Stay "Salty Saints." Don't lose your flavor by trying to be bland and fit in with this perishing world. We have been designed by God to lead the lost to the "eternal thirst quencher" Jesus Christ. (-:

Be prepared, Be yourself, Be obedient and Be joyful

Friday's Evangelism Memory Verse

Happy Friday Ambassadors! I have some exciting news, we are going to go in a new direction on Fridays. It is the LORD's desire that we begin to post Evangelism Memory Scriptures!
We all know God's Word is spirit and life, it is quick and powerful, and it will make us free!
John 6:63, Hebrews 4:12, John 8:32

One method that works for me and may work for you is the "read, write, recite, and pray method." First I read the verse or verses over daily then I write it down several times. I then begin to recite it and finally I read it while praying in the Spirit. I can speak from my own personal experiences while witnessing and preaching that the Holy Spirit will take those Scriptures that I've memorized and bring them right back to my remembrance. I'am then able to speak God's Word and it is then sown on the hearts of men. God getting the increase.

Here is our first memory verse. I also put it in a few different translations for those of you who like to use various translations when ministering. Have fun and GO TEAM!!!

Isaiah 1:18 (21st Century King James Version)

"Come now, and let us reason together," saith the LORD. "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Isaiah 1:18 (New Living Translation)

“Come now, let’s settle this,”
says the Lord.“Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow.
Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.

Isaiah 1:18 (New King James Version)

“ Come now, and let us reason together,”
Says the LORD, “ Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.

Remember read, write, recite and pray! GO TEAM!!!!
